Egyptian side Misr El-Maqassa have been drawn against Libya’s Ahli Tripoli as the CAF Confederation Cup round of 16 draw was completed at CAF headquarters in Cairo on Thursday.
El-Maqassa have defeated CS Constantine of Algeria 3-2 on aggregate to advance to the round of 16 of the continent’s second club football competition for the first time in their history.
The competition have also seen the inclusion of CAF Champions League title holders TP Mazembe, Etoile Sportive du Sahel, Ahli Tripoli, Young Africans and Mamelodi Sundowns after they failed to proceed in CAFCL.

First leg matches will be played on 6-8th of May, while return leg games will take place on 17-18th of the same month.
